Update of LS Retail Portal and Business Center

We are pleased to announce the launch of the updated LS Retail Portal.  

What does this mean for you?
A new design, navigation, and login process mean a better user experience. You can now access the online help, information about our public events and LS Academy on the Portal without logging in.

Some of the improvements include: 

  • All invoices are now available in the Business Center with a new ability to filter by invoice type. This includes consulting and other invoices.

  • Improved search and filtering options in both the Customer List, and for Orders and Invoices in the Business Center  

  • The Business Center is more responsive 

  • Facts and guidelines for LS Retail Consulting services are more accessible 

Over the coming months you can expect further updates and improvements, both regarding features and content. 

What is required of you?
If you already have a user account on the LS Retail Portal, you can use your current login. You will receive an email to verify your email address.

New Portal users can register by filling out the registration form, and then receive the same verification link to follow.  

If you don’t receive the email, please check the junk inbox, and whitelist LS Retail to receive future communications

Please note that the Portal may not become visible to all users immediately due to DNS propagation. In order to get a fresh copy you could try to clear your browser cache.
