A few of our LS Central partners have reported performance issues in SaaS, for instance when many users are logged into the SaaS client. We have reported this to Microsoft.
Microsoft wanted to convey the message to you, our partners, that they care a great deal about your experiences in SaaS. They want to know if you are experiencing issues of any kind in SaaS, so they can react and improve.
Therefore, when you experience issues like this, the best way to convey the information to Microsoft is to reproduce the issue in the SaaS client and record the issue so it is clear what action is being taken at the time.
Please include information on date and time of day of issue reproduction. A recording on a mobile phone will suffice.
Also very helpful is to turn on the additional logging in the client, see how to in this short video,
and include information on Azure AD tenant, Environment name, Session ID (client) and
Session ID (server) (please refer to the video), when you create a support ticket with MS.
We kindly ask you to share the ticket number with us through the Buddy service desk or the Technical Support service desk, so we can follow up with MS, on the issue.
