Over the past weeks LS Retail has received a lot of feedback from our partners about the business impact of COVID-19 on many of our customers. One of the challenges they may face is the yearly renewal of enhancement plans. Your feedback has certainly been heard, and been discussed with Microsoft, who have responded very positively. 

Based on an offering from Microsoft, LS Retail presents an offer enabling existing LS Central/LS Nav customers to move from yearly to monthly billing by renewing their EP through the Cloud Solution Provider program, and receive an LS Central SaaS license, with dual rights (“CSP-EP Renewal” offer). 

Benefits of CSP-EP Renewal:

• The option of monthly billing at a price point similar to the EP renewal quote.
• Dual use and downgrade rights to their current on-premises LS Central/LS Nav.
• Enhancement Plan benefits.
• LS Central SaaS (in-cloud) license for migration to the cloud.

CSP-EP Renewal offer prices: 

• 60% offer discount on all other LS Retail SKUs.
• Partners are required by LS Retail to pass on this offer to customers.
• All partners will receive 10% margin on the offer prices. 
• Partners will not receive a margin for the additional no-cost user licenses provided.

This offer is available from June 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
