LS Central SaaS/LS Express license orders have been processed via Legacy platform from Microsoft. Microsoft has now released a new way to order licenses, the New Commerce Experience (NCE) platform. As of March 2022 all New LS Central SaaS/LS Express license orders will be ordered via this platform.
Following this change, LS Retail has decided to follow Microsoft Policies and limit the cancellations/deactivations to the End of Term Renewals only. The partner is billed for the full term, even if the customer stops paying for or using the subscription.

Action Points:
For existing LS Central SaaS/LS Express customers on a monthly term renewal, please contact the licensing department before July 1, 2022 to confirm if the customer wishes to stay with a monthly term renewal, 20% price increase, or if they should be moved to a annual term to keep their current price!
If we do not receive any replies, we will continue the customer on a monthly term with a 20% price increase as of July 1, 2022.
If your organization is not cloud-ready yet, Partner Operation (pops@lsretail.com) will be happy to hear from you and guide you through the process of becoming an LS Central SaaS reseller, and to help with any issues or uncertainties that may arise.
