To minimize pricing disparities between versions, and by following the latest Microsoft price announcements, LS Central on BC on-prem perpetual prices will be adjusted to better align to cloud pricing.  

Furthermore, in addition to the base price adjustment, we will also follow the semi-annual adjustment of conversion factors for on-prem solutions, which Microsoft also announced.

Conversion factor adjustments will take effect every September 1 and February 1, and customers in affected regions will receive a notification of the impending update 60-30 days prior to its implementation.

Effective October 1, 2023, all LS Retail and Microsoft SKUs for LS Central on BC on-Prem Perpetual will increase accordingly:

The price increase applies to both new and existing additional customer orders.

Effective April 1, 2025, as announced by Microsoft, there will be no further sales to new customers on Dynamics 365 Business Central on-Prem Perpetual licenses, therefor the purchases of New licenses will be limited to LS Central SaaS licenses only.

Current LS Central on BC on-prem customers can continue to add functionality to their perpetual licenses.

The Software as a Service (SaaS) model is the future of our business, and we urge all our partners to promote the transition of customers to SaaS through our ongoing Offers.
