Important: CSP-EP renewal offer extended for two months

Over the past year, an increasing number of customers have utilized the CSP-EP Renewal offer to move from yearly to monthly billing, and to start their migration to the cloud, while enjoying the use of a dual and downgrade rights license for their on-premises deployment.

Microsoft has now announced an extension of the CSP-EP Renewal offer, until August 31, 2021, and based on that we would like to share the following with you:

  • LS Retail extends its CSP-EP Renewal offer until August 31, 2021
  • As of today, partner margin increases to 15% from 10% in the old offer.
  • As before, the initial term for the CSP-EP Renewal offer is 1 year, and two 1-year renewals are then optional (so, 3 years in total). 
  • The offer can be accepted at any time, not only within 30 days prior to the EP renewal date. No credit for paid EP renewal is granted.

Furthermore, Microsoft will launch a new Bridge to the Cloud offer on September 1, 2021, valid until June 30, 2022. Once launched, the promo will have an initial term of 1 year, and then three optional 1-year renewals (a total of 4 years). Unlike with the CSP-EP Renewal offer, customers on the Bridge to the Cloud offer will at the end of the term not be able to move back to Enhancement Plan, or receive enhancement benefits for their on-premises solution.  LS Retail will send out further information about the Bridge to the Cloud offer once Microsoft has shared more information and material.

  • The option of monthly billing at a price point similar to the EP renewal quote.
  • Dual use and downgrade rights to current on-premises LS Central/LS Nav.
  • Enhancement Plan benefits.
  • LS Central SaaS license for migration to the cloud.

CSP-EP Renewal and Bridge to the Cloud offer prices: 

Perpetual license discounts
  • 60% offer discount on all other LS Retail SKUs.
  • LS Retail requires partners to pass on this offer to customers.
  • All partners will receive 15% margin on the offer prices.
  • Partners will not receive a margin for the additional no-cost user licenses provided.
