Training prerequisites: Good basic knowledge of Business Central and LS Central is essential. It is recommended to have completed the LS Central for retail – General base course before taking this course. LS Central for retail Base certification is required before taking the LS Central for pharmacies Base certification exam.

Course objective

This course provides a general introduction to LS Central for pharmacies, focusing on how to configure LS Central for pharmacies within LS Central and Business Central. Topics include common pharmacy processes, with an emphasis on processing prescriptions in LS Central—from registration to payment.

By the end of the course, participants will have a basic understanding of LS Central for pharmacies, including the terminology and key processes commonly used in pharmacy operations.

Preparation requirements

All participants must have the LS Central Virtual Machine (VM) installed before the course. It is possible to download it from the LS Retail Portal by clicking on the link provided. If you cannot access the VM site, please contact academy@lsretail.com.

Please make sure you have your current/updated developer license with LS Retail objects available and uploaded to the server on the VM.

All participants should be local administrators of the machines they use.
