In this course, participants will learn the concepts surrounding member management and loyalty, what these concepts mean within “Unified Commerce”, and best practices.

The test assesses at an expertise level, and completing the course without the training success prerequisites can make it challenging to obtain a passing grade.

All participants must have the LS Central Virtual Machine (VM) installed before the course. It is possible to download it from the LS Retail Portal by clicking on the link provided. If you cannot access the VM site, please contact academy@lsretail.com.
Please make sure you have your current/updated developer license with LS Retail objects available and uploaded to the server on the VM.
All participants should be local administrators of the machines they use.
