Business Center updates

We are thrilled to announce some exciting updates and functional improvements to our Business Center, designed to enhance your experience and streamline your operations. We have made significant changes to the site's look and functionality, and we are confident that these updates will greatly benefit your daily business activities.

Here are the key improvements you can expect to see:

  1. 1. Home Page with customizable columns:
    The Business Center's home page now features customizable columns, tailored to each user's access level. If you feel that you should have access to additional columns that are not currently visible, we kindly request you to contact your designated Business Center Admin. In case you are unsure who your Admin is, please reach out to pops@lsretail.com for assistance.

  2. 2. Account Information split into 3 sections:
    To provide a more organized and intuitive experience, we have split the Account Information section into three distinct sections:
    1. General: This section displays partner-related information, including addresses, account numbers, and other relevant details.
    2. Partner Program: Here, you can access information about your Partner program status and available discounts.
    3. Financial: This section offers insights into your credit limit, prepayment status, and outstanding balance. Additionally, you can download two reports: the Balance to Date and the Statement.

  3. 3. Enhanced Customer Dashboard:
    The Customers section now has the Dashboard of upcoming Enhancement plans and Subscription renewals. Additionally, you can view all your customers' information, including license values and invoices. Further options are available by selecting either Perpetual Licenses or SaaS/Subscription Licenses.

  4. 4. Improved Invoices section:
    The Invoices section has been revamped for better usability. It now consists of two pages:
    1. All: Here, you can view all your invoices and enjoy the convenience of downloading one or multiple invoices at a time.
    2. Unpaid: In addition to viewing unpaid invoices, you now have the option to pay them using a credit card. Please note that this payment method is currently not available for partners in the USA due to tax-related constraints on the Final Order invoices. However, we are actively working towards making this option available in the coming months.

  5. 5. User management:
    User Management is now conveniently accessible from the left-hand bar, granting Business Center Admin users easy access to all Business Center Users, partnership contacts, and an overview of Employee Certifications. This view also provides visibility into new user registrations and pending user access requests.

If you experience issues logging into the Business Center after this update, we recommend that you clear your cache and try again.

Before gaining access to the Business Center, users must already have log-in credentials for the LS Retail Portal. If you are not already using the Portal, please fill in the portal registration form and submit the request using a domain name affiliated with your organization. Business Center access can then be requested directly from the Portal, and the request will be forwarded to the admin at your organization for approval.
