We kindly remind you that the Bridge to the Cloud Promotion will end on December 31, 2022.

The SaaS model is the future of our business and we encourage all our partners to work on moving existing customers to SaaS using this Promotion.

CSP-EP Customers

Before this date, all customers who previously enrolled in the CSP-EP Renewal Offer and have continued to adhere to the CSP-EP Renewal Offer policy for the duration of the Offer term can choose to transfer to the Bridge to the Cloud promotion if they wish to. Any customer who transfers to the Bridge to the Cloud promotion will be subject to the eligibility requirements and terms outlined in the Bridge to the Cloud promotion policy.

The advantage of this transfer is that the customer can benefit of the Bridge to the Cloud Promotion for up to 4 years from the date of the transfer.

At the end of Bridge to the Cloud first year renewal,  customers have the following options:

• Transition fully to Dynamics 365 Business Central Online services and opt the customer's EP out of auto-bill
• Customers who have not fully transitioned to Dynamics 365 Business Central Online services, may choose to continue to renew the Bridge to the Cloud promo (if eligible) for three additional years (4-years total)
• Discontinue their online transition to Dynamics 365 Business Central Online services and remain on their DPL product/version. Note that customers who intend to re-enroll their Enhancement will be liable for lapsed fees for the duration of the Promo term.
