Annual Enhancement Plan increase effective October 1, 2024

Maintaining older versions of an ERP system can be expensive and time-consuming. As the system ages, it becomes more complex to maintain, and finding skilled personnel who can support it can become difficult. As a result, the cost of providing maintenance for older versions of the ERP system can be higher than for newer versions.

Following the latest Enhancement plan announcement from Microsoft, the annual price of Enhancement Plans (EP) will increase for on-premises perpetual products purchased through DPL.

Existing BTC2 customers who enrolled from October 1, 2023, will maintain the 18% EP for the 3-year period.

Existing BTC2 customers who enrolled prior to October 1, 2023, will maintain the 17% EP for the 3-year period.

Customers who order a three-year “standard renewal“ plan (annual or upfront) retain their original percentage rate for the full term of the plan.

This tool can be leveraged to provide compelling reasons to customers for upgrading to the latest, more secure, and supported versions of our products.  By remaining active on an enhancement plan, customers can enjoy a multitude of benefits, which are outlined here.

As part of our efforts to modernize LS Central's on-premises business, our primary objective is to encourage the adoption of cloud technology and streamline pricing across all platforms. The Software as a Service (SaaS) model is the future of our business, and we urge all our partners to promote the transition of customers to SaaS through our ongoing Offers, which can be accessed via the portal under Offers and Promotions.

To ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers transitioning to SaaS, we offer our partners a complimentary onboarding session through our Cloud Accelerator Program (CAP). We strongly recommend that all partners take advantage of this free service to facilitate a seamless implementation.

Please note that the prerequisite to use our Onboarding team is to have at least 1 person certified on LS Central SaaS Course (CF-900).
